Ingredients
150g/5oz chocolate
125g/4.5oz butter
3 eggs & 3 egg yolks
75g/3oz caster sugar
50g/2oz plain flour
25g/1oz cocoa powder
Method
1. Preheat oven to
180’C.
2. Melt the
chocolate with the butter in a heatproof bowl, set over a saucepan of simmering
water.
3. Whisk the eggs
and the egg yolks with the sugar in a large bowl until pale and fluffy. Add the
egg mixture to the chocolate mixture and fold into the mix. Sift in the flour
and cocoa powder and fold gently with a spatula until mixed.
4. Transfer the mix to the prepared ramekins and bake in
the oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until risen and just firm to touch. Dust with
cocoa powder. Serve with Vanilla Ice-cream

I love this cake, one of my favs. I was looking for the recipe last week but I couldn't prepare it because I didn't have muffins recipients ;(
